The Summer of '82 is Back in Theatres This May...Void Presenting LAST AMERICAN VIRGIN & BEASTMASTER

“THEY’RE HEEEEEERE.” Turn off the Commodore 64 and turn up “Eye of the Tiger” as 1982, the greatest summer of films, returns for one week only at the Aero Theatre and Los Feliz 3. The American Cinematheque and Beyond Fest are bringing 20 films in 8 days back to the big screen to celebrate one crazy summer, and The Void is proud to present two of the screenings for you, with special guests in tow! Here's all the details:
First up on Monday, May 9th at 7 PM at The Los Feliz 3, it's the 40th Anniversary of the Cannon Films teen sex comedy classic THE LAST AMERICAN VIRGIN, and we're throwing a party for you, complete with a 35mm presentation of the film and star Diane Franklin joining us for a post-film Q&A. Then, on Wednesday, May 11th at 7 PM at The Los Feliz 3, we're screening the 4K restoration of THE BEASTMASTER with writer/director Don Coscarelli and writer/producer Paul Pepperman joining us for a post-film Q&A. TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE.
